Up-to-Air Valve with ISO-QF Flange
ISO-QF up-to-air valves allow for the venting or backfilling of your chamber for increased system regulation and safety. These side mounted up-to-air valves are available welded in sizes QF16-50 flanges.

The corrosive resistant, fast actuating design of ANCORP’s vacuum ball valves makes them ideal for isolating reactors, traps, and scrubbers on vacuum process tools.
- High vacuum rating of 1×10-8 Torr
- Temperature range from -60°C to 315°C
- Manual valve actuation
- 1/4″ bellows sealed valve
Options
- Optional connections for valve port (VCR®, Swagelok®) standard is 1/4 inch tube end.
