Pneumatic Mini UHV Gate Valve
VAT’s Series 010 Pneumatic Mini UHV Gate Valve is a general purpose vacuum gate valve for isolation in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) or other demanding applications. Pneumatic valves come standard with a position indicator and without a solenoid valve. Solenoid valves are available upon request.
