XHV All-Metal Gate Valve (Series 48)

VAT’s Series 48.1 / 48.2 XHV All-Metal Gate Valve is ideal for UHV and XHV applications in harsh, high temperature, and high radiation conditions. This valve features VAT’s VATRING “hard on hard” all-metal sealing system with stainless steel sealing surfaces that deform elastically when closed.

 

Series 48 valves are available from DN 16 (5/8″) to DN 320 (12″) sizes with standard CF-F fixed flanges. Actuation options include manual, pneumatic with compact actuator, and pneumatic with extended actuator that allows for maximized bake-out temperature of up to 300°C. Valve options include gates with windows and ports for venting, roughing, or attaching gauges.

 

Series 48 XHV all-metal gate valves are built to perform in extreme UHV applications and excellent for use in MBE systems, coating systems, beamlines, and R&D systems.
