D-Sub Feedthroughs
Subminiature D (D-Sub) feedthroughs pack multiple signal and instrumentation conductors into a compact, high-density connector while holding vacuum integrity across HV and UHV systems. ANCORP’s MIL-C-24308 line offers 9-, 15-, and 25-contact configurations rated to 500 V and 5 A per pin, on ConFlat, KF40, KF50, and ISO flanges, with optional UHV vacuum-side connectors. Bakeable to 250 °C, they’re ideal for dense wiring in research, semiconductor, and vacuum coating systems.
