- CF flanged feedthroughs: 450°C
- ISO-QF (KF) and baseplate feedthroughs: 150°C (200°C intermittent)
- Vacuum rating:
- CF flanged feedthroughs: UHV 1×10-13 Torr
- ISO-QF (KF) and baseplate feedthroughs: HV 1×10-8 Torr
