ANCORP offers ASA weld flanges in two designs: fixed and rotatable. Fixed flanges have a set bolt hole orientation whereas rotatable flanges have a two-piece design allowing for bolt hole rotation to assist bolt hole alignment when mating the two flanges. In addition, all ASA sealing assemblies must include 1 smooth face ASA flange and 1 grooved face flange. Standard ASA weld flanges are manufactured from 304L stainless steel. ASA weld flanges are manufactured with a weld prep (tube counterbore with step) for immediate installation on your system. ASA flange sizes range from 4.25″ to 16.00″.
