Rotatable bolt rings are a subcomponent that fits around the outer diameter of a claw clamp-style LF flange. This allows the flange to behave as a rotatable bolted style LFB flange to ease bolt-hole alignment issues when assembling the vacuum system.  After the rotatable bolt ring is mounted to the LF flange, a bolt kit is used to fasten the two flanges together.
