Specifications

  • Vacuum rated to 1×10-8 Torr
  • Machined from solid 316L stainless steel
  • Standard seal: fluorelastomer (other options available)

  • Two-piece body: One less potential leak path & huge maintenance cost reductions when using perfluorelastomers
  • Smooth profile: Maximizes heat transfer from heating components
  • Minimized overall length and slimmer profile: Increases conductance and reduces weight and footprint
  • Fully bored ball port: Maximizes conductance with straight-through, unimpeded flow
  • Extra space between body & handle brackets: Minimum of 5/8” clearance allows more room for heating components
  • Integrated handle lock: Prevents accidental opening/closing. Lock out-Tag out ready

Service kits are available for all high conductance ball valves.
Kit includes:

  • (1) stem o-ring
  • (1) body o-ring
  • (2) Teflon seats
  • (1) bottom stem bearing
  • (1) top stem bearing
  • (1) wave spring washer
  • (1) spiral retaining ring
