ISO Clamps and Fasteners
ISO flange connections are secured through a combination of claw clamps, bolt rings, and fasteners selected based on flange size, access conditions, and assembly frequency. The categories below cover the full range of ISO-K (ISO-LF) and ISO-F (ISO-LFB) fastening hardware.
Single Claw Clamp
Engages one segment of the ISO-K flange pair. Used as part of a complete clamp set where an ISO-K flange is fastened to ISO-F flanges or components with bolt holes.
Double Claw Clamp
Spans two flange segments and is used in ISO-F assemblies. For proper installation, ensure the number of clamps is sufficient for the minimum required for the flange size.
Retaining Ring
Holds the centering ring assembly in position during flange makeup. Particularly useful in vertical or overhead orientations where the centering ring cannot self-locate before clamps are seated.
Rotatable Bolt Ring
Provides the bolt pattern interface to convert ISO-K flanges to ISO-F assemblies and includes a retaining ring. The ring rotates independently, allows for bolt hole alignment without rotating the connected component.
Tapped Flange Bolts
For ISO-F flanges with threaded holes. Eliminates the need for rear-side nut access when clearance behind the flange face is restricted.
Double Flange Bolts
Through-bolt fasteners for ISO-F connections with full access on both sides of the flange pair.
