Vacuum Crosses

Vacuum crosses are a fitting solution connecting different ports arranged in a cross-shaped formation. ANCORP offers a wide range of crosses, covering 4, 5, and 6-way ports. Due to the versatility in the number of ports, crosses are an ideal solution for directing flow across multiple pathways.

Standard Cross Configurations

Four-way crosses orient four ports orthogonally, forming an X-shaped piece of tubing.

Five-way crosses add a centrally located fifth port perpendicular to the tubing of the four-way cross.

The final configuration, the six-way cross, adds a sixth port opposite to the addition of the fifth.

ASA Crosses

ASA crosses are available in all three standard configurations: four-way, five-way, and six-way. Each variant is available in both fixed and flanged options to ensure compatibility with existing system connections in the ASA style.

ConFlat Crosses

The ConFlat cross system is available in the three standard configurations and as a reducer cross. To ensure compatibility with existing system configurations, the flanges are oriented as rotatable-fixed pairings at opposite ends.

Within the CF cross offering, there are two options for creating a junction for six-ports. The most popular is a standard six-way cross, made from a junction of 6 flanged tubes. The other option is a more specialized solution: a six-way cube designed to meet the function of a standard six-way cross in tighter space constraints.

ISO Crosses

ISO crosses serve to support multiple flow pathways across the KF (QF) and ISO-K (ISO-LF) sealing systems. This enables both bolt and clamp sealing across all standard cross configurations: four-way, five-way, and six-way.

For a flow that needs to pass through a change in diameter, an additional offering within the ISO cross family is the reducer cross. The reducer cross is an available option for both KF and ISO-K systems.

And, if you need to convert between the two, we offer a standard adapter cross within the ISO systems. The ISO K-to-KF reducer cross is a specially curated range to allow for a single junction to accommodate ports of differing tube sizes and flange types.

Weldable Crosses

Weldable crosses are a versatile option for those with in-house welding capabilities to add four-, five-, or six-way crosses to their system. These crosses without flanged ends are available as standard straight crosses and a four-way reducer cross.
