  • Flanges and tubing manufactured from 304 stainless steel
  • Fittings (VCR®, Swagelok®) made of 316 stainless steel
  • Max. temperature:
    • CF flanged feedthroughs: 450°C
    • ISO-QF (KF) and baseplate feedthroughs: 150°C (200°C intermittent)
  • Vacuum rating:
    • CF flanged feedthroughs: UHV 1×10-13 Torr
    • ISO-QF (KF) and baseplate feedthroughs: HV 1×10-8 Torr
