VAT’s series 541 All-Metal Angle Valve is an isolation valve equipped with “hard on hard” sealing for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and extreme high vacuum (XHV) applications. The robust design allows for an easy close mechanism, high conductance, and up to 300° C baking compatibility. This valve is ideal for isolation on pumping systems, intermediate pumping of gauge ports, gas handling in tritium systems, industrial applications, R&D, labs, and more.

Sealing

Featuring VAT’s FLEX VATRING sealing, the valve utilizes a hard seal to ensure quality vacuum control into UHV and XHV ranges. The seal is easily replaced through the side and can be replaced up to two times due to three-level sealing seats.
