Vacuum Tees
A vacuum tee is a standard fitting solution connecting three different ports across a T-shaped formation. A tee allows for flow to combine or divert at the junction and is a solution most commonly found on roughing lines, foreline exhausts, semiconductor fabrication, thin film deposition, composite manufacturing, and more.
Standard materials include 304 SS, with custom material options available upon request.
ASA Tees
ASA tees are suitable for providing tee junction connections for tubes up to ten inches in outer diameter within the high vacuum range. The line is available in fixed or rotatable bolt-hole orientations for simplified system integration. ASA fixed tees are manufactured to have all three ports with fixed flanges. This layout is most beneficial for systems equipped with rotatable ASA flanges for ease of bolt-hole alignment. ASA rotatable tees feature two rotatable flanges oriented 90° from one another, with the remaining flange in a fixed orientation. This combination allows for some versatility in bolt hole orientation when integrating into your system.
ConFlat Tees
The ConFlat line of vacuum tees offers both straight and reducer tees. Straight ConFlat tees enable the integration of a vacuum tee to tube O.D.s up to 10 inches. The flange orientations consist of two rotatable flanges oriented 90° from one another, with the remaining flange in a fixed orientation. Reducer ConFlat tees allow for the accommodation of a change in tube O.D. within the ConFlat flange system. This line’s standard fabrication accommodates tubing up to 8 inches in outer diameter, with the reducing rotatable flange bisecting the two matched in outer diameter.
ISO Tees
The ISO line of tees allows for ISO compatible flanges to create a tee junction. The attachment styles available as tees within the ISO family are the Quick-flange (QF), also known as Klein flange (KF), and the large flange (LF). Each system has its own set of standard and reducing crosses. We also offer a hybrid reducer tee, allowing for an exchange from LF to QF flanges.
KF Tees
Standard KF tees, also known as QF tees, and reducer KF tees are available across flange sizes QF16, QF25, QF40, and QF50. Thanks to the clamping style of the KF flanges, rotation of the flanges is not needed for versatile assembly.
ISO-K Tees
Standard ISO-K tees, also known as large flange (LF) tees, range from sizes LF63 through LF500, offering a wide variety of tee junction options across large tube diameters. LF reducer tee options provide coverage for the most common exchanges from LF80 through LF200, with custom options available upon request.
KF to ISO-K Reducer Tee
For scenarios where you may want to convert between different ISO systems, we offer reducer crosses equipped with both KF (QF) and ISO-K (LF) flanges. These LF to QF reducer tees feature tubing with two LF flanges bisected by a QF flange.
Weldable Tees
The range of weldable tees is a popular solution for vacuum users with in-house welding capabilities. The standard weldable tee connects three ports of the same tube diameter with reducer tees, allowing for a transition to a smaller diameter.
