Vacuum Flange Hardware and Seals
Hardware, seals, and clamps create leak-tight connections in vacuum systems. Each piece of equipment is designed to work with a specific flange system, making it easy to find the right match for your setup.
ANCORP’s range covers ASA, KF, ISO, ConFlat, and Wireseal systems with bolt kits, gaskets, clamps, and accessories for complete installation.
ASA Flange Hardware and Seals
ASA bolt kits work with clearance holes for straightforward alignment and installation. The adaptive bolt hole bushing reduces any 3/4″ bolt hole to 3/8″ in diameter, giving you flexibility in system configuration without modifying the flange.
ASA FKM O-rings provide the seal between mating, grooved and ungrooved flanges. They’re designed to work with ASA’s sexed pairing style for reliable, repeatable connections.
ConFlat Flange Hardware & Seals
ConFlat flange seals are available in OFE copper and FKM gaskets; both are single-use. Copper gaskets create the knife-edge seal. CF flanges are known and allow for sealing capable of handling ultra-high vacuum performance. FKM gaskets offer an elastomeric option when metal sealing isn’t needed. As a result, the vacuum level is restricted.
CF bolt kits come in hex head and 12-point styles. Options include clearance holes with or without plate nuts, tapped holes, and double-sided flanges. Silver-plated versions of both styles are offered for those who wish to further reduce the chance of galling during installation. CF plate nuts can be purchased outside of kits as needed for maintenance.
KF and ISO Flange Fasteners, Hardware, and Seals
KF and ISO Clamps and Fasteners
The KF and ISO flange system hosts a variety of clamping methods with a shared commonality of relying on elastomer-based sealing methods.
KF flanges, also known as QF flanges, require clamps that cover the full circumference of the flange. The most dependable solution for reliable clamping is the stainless steel CNC clamp or aluminum CNC clamp. CNC clamps are precision-machined from solid stainless steel and engineered with reinforced hinges and locking handles to deliver uniform clamping force, improved alignment, and repeatable elastomer sealing without the need for over-pressure rings on standard KF sizes. Wingnut clamps offer an economical alternative for a seal, deprioritizing added CNC clamp benefits. For large-size KF flanges, band clamps are the standard sealing method.
Through the use of a bulkhead clamp, KF flanges and components can easily be equipped directly to valves, baseplates, or bulkheads.
ISO-K flanges, also known as ISO-LF flanges, require the use of single or double claw clamps.
The last ISO flange is the ISO-F flange, ISO-LFB flange, which requires the use tapped flange bolts or double flange bolts to secure its seal.
To convert between ISO-K and ISO-F flanges, retaining rings and rotatable bolt rings provide a flexible solution for adapting smooth-bore LF flanges to bolt-hole LFB configurations without modifying the mating flange.
KF and ISO Hardware and Seals
Across all ISO flanges, centering ring assemblies are available to support the alignment of the elastomer ring between two flanges. For processes that may contaminate, we recommend our assembly rings with screens. Overpressure rings preserve the sealing ring in the event of overpressure, but replacement O-rings are also readily available as singles or 10-packs.
Wireseal Flange Hardware & Seals
Wireseal flange gaskets come in OFE copper and FKM materials for single-use sealing. The use of either wire or O-ring seals would create a metal or elastomer-seal, respectively, which will determine vacuum level performance. Wireseal bolt kits include bolts, nuts, and washers for each flange size.
